Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop
A Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop was organized at Nalanda College through a collaboration with the NSS unit, Nalanda Charitable Trust, and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Sunitha Bhat, Security Solutions Architect, HPE, served as the resource person and provided insights on cybersecurity. The event was presided over by Mr. Srinidhi, Head of the Commerce Department.
An anti-ragging awareness program
An anti-ragging awareness program was conducted at Nalanda College under the joint auspices of Nalanda Charitable Trust, the NSS unit, and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). International Day Against Drug Abuse
On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Perla Nalanda College’s NSS unit led an initiative to educate students about the “Drug-Free Kerala” pledge. Dr. Harish M.S., the Health Officer from Perla Health Centre, participated as the resource person and raised awareness about the health issues caused by drug use.
International Yoga Day
International Yoga Day under the leadership of its NSS unit. A special three-day yoga camp was organized for students, led by yoga guru Sitaram Bhat Mungila. The concluding ceremony of the camp was presided over by Principal Shankar Khandige. During the event, Sitaram Bhat Mungila was honored with a memento in recognition of his contributions.
