- Admission is open to all qualified students as per Kannur University rules.
- All admission offered by the college are temporary ,based on acceptance by the university.
- A student who wishes to leave college after admission will not be refunded any fees paid by him.
- If a student is found to have obtained admission on the basis of false affidavits or any false evidence ,such a student may not only be expelled from the college but also forfeit the fees received in full.
- Student who did not pay the fee on installment or specified date will not be permitted to attend the class.
- A student who is persistently absent without a valid reason or who is always late for classes, is subject to disciplinary action as may be imposed by the principal. And he/she will be restricted from appearing in exams.
- Minimum 75 percentage attendance in each subject is required to appear for university examination.
- A student who has attendance in any subject is between 60% and 75% only with special permission from the university on the recommendation of the principal can appear for the university exams. fees are to be paid as prescribed by the university. It is applicable only in special cases.
- Student should wear uniform and ID card in the college. Disciplinary action will be taken in case of failure.
- Consumption of intoxicants is prohibited within the college premises. Disciplinary actions will be taken against students who enter the college premises after taking drugs.
- Irregular attendance, late arrival, disrespectful to faculty and staff, incompetence in the work assigned to the college, negligence ,obscene behavior, damaging the college property in punishable.
- Even though, the college is not responsible for the misbehavior by the students outside the campus who brings disrespect to the college, if the principle will take notice. he will take appropriate action against the student and admission to next year will be denied.
- Membership of any organization and collection of donations o their behalf is strictly prohibited without the permission of the principal.
- According to the order of the government, no student can participate in ragging.
- Student are not allowed to carry mobile phones inside the college premises. Violation of this rule will be treated on a punishable offence and disciplinary action will be taken.
