Nalanda college of Arts & Science Perla constituted a placement cell for the benefits of students. Placement cell acts as an interface between the students and the recruiters and is responsible for placement of final year students. Our placement cell is committed to provide training to our students in their effort to find employment.
Placement cell enables our students to access employment opportunities in various disciplines. Academic exposure of our students and the campus nurtured civil life mould them to be a fine resource to serve this world. We invite recruiting companies to visit our campus and interact with our students community.
The placement cell is on the path way to make these job aspirants employable than to settle at employment. This cell is a window to our students to explore opportunities to earn while they learn.
In the year 2022-23 placement cell hosted job fair for college students and general public. Around 500 people participated in the job fair and 100 have been short listed for various post in different companies.
Around 30 students of our institution have been selected for various post in different companies with maximum package of around 3.5 L.p.a.
