The National Youth Day was celebrated under the joint auspices of the NSS unit of Nalanda College and the Nalanda Charitable Trust. College Principal Shankar Khandige participated as the resource person for the program and spoke about Swami Vivekananda’s birthday being celebrated as National Youth Day. He highlighted that Swami Vivekananda, as a guru and an ideal personality, should serve as a guiding light for today’s youth.
NSS Program Officer Varshith K presided over the program. Volunteer Ayishath Isana welcomed the gathering, and Gokul proposed the vote of thanks. Shree Lakshmi compered the event. NSS Assistant Program Officer Bhavya, staff members, and volunteers were present on the occasion.
