International Anti-Drug Day was celebrated in the college hall under the joint auspices of Nalanda Charitable Trust and Perla Nalanda College NSS Unit-49. Principal Shankar Khandige presided. Civil Excise Officer Janardana of Badiyadka Excise Department acted as a resource person and gave a class and gave information about the health problems caused by drug use, social ill effects and the punishments available to those who are involved in acts like confiscation of prohibited drug products, drug trafficking and sale.
