NSS unit number 49 of Nalanda College of Arts and Science Perla observed World mental health day at college auditorium. The president of the function was Sri. Suresh K M NSS Programme Officer and resource person was Smt. Aruna Asst. Prof. in Geography. Programme began with NSS prayer and Kum. Bhagyashree welcomed gatherings and programme officer deliverd presidential address and said, ” mental peace is required to lead satisfactory life and if it is there individual will not be affected by any diseases”. Resource person Smt Aruna Asst .Prof.in.Geography said, individual must leave his anger , then only he will be in peace ful mind. She said youth must practice yoga pranayama and musics then individual will be in peaceful mind. NSS secretaries Chetan, Rakshitha, Rohini and all NSS volunteers were present. Kum. Anjana proposed vote of thanks and Kum. Kousthubha was the MC of the programme.
